I hold the Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) designation and am known for my analytical mindset, clear communication, and steady, client-first approach.

I’m proud to call Hiawassee and the North Georgia mountains home. Outside of real estate, I enjoy boating—both power and sail—along with photography, travel, cooking, and scuba diving. These interests closely align with the lifestyle-driven clients I’m fortunate to serve.

With more than two decades of experience and deep roots in Blue Ridge, Christal Davis brings both expertise and heart to every real estate journey she guides. A North Georgia native and seasoned advisor, Christal has spent her career helping individuals, families, and investors navigate one of life’s most meaningful decisions—finding the right place to call home.

Christal began working in real estate while still in high school and quickly fell in love with the industry. Her early passion grew into a lifelong career marked by leadership, entrepreneurship, and service. Over the years, she opened a satellite real estate office in Blue Ridge on Aska Road and later co-founded George Real Estate Company, which she successfully operated through 2025. While she is also a partner in a local garbage disposal business, real estate has always remained her true passion and primary professional focus.

With 22+ years as an advisor, Christal specializes in new construction, luxury properties, first- and second-time buyers, farms, developments, and investment properties. Her breadth of knowledge, combined with her deep understanding of the local market, allows her to serve a wide range of clients with confidence, clarity, and care.

Family is at the center of everything Christal does. She has been married for 27 years to her husband, Vincent Davis, a builder and broker, and together they have built both a life and a legacy rooted in hard work and shared values. She is a proud mother and grandmother to Willie, Logan, Jackson, and Courtney, and finds her greatest joy gathered around the table with family—sharing meals, laughter, and time together. Their home is also shared with Ruger the dog, 23 chickens, a turkey, and guineas, adding to the lively rhythm of daily life.

Outside of real estate, Christal enjoys thrifting, yard sales, and antique shopping. She and her husband love traveling in search of vintage treasures—from Pyrex bowls and jukeboxes to old gas pumps and signs—jokingly referring to themselves as “old-time hoarders” with a passion for history and craftsmanship.

Her faith and church family are foundational to who she is, and she actively volunteers with her church, local schools, and homeless shelters. Giving back is not something she views as optional—it’s a calling she finds deeply fulfilling and far more rewarding than receiving.

Christal’s career has been recognized with honors including Rookie of the Year (2005) and induction into the Million Dollar Club, milestones that reflect both her dedication and the trust placed in her by generations of clients.
