Welcoming Bruce Olsen to The Engel & Völkers North Georgia Mountains Family

With over 14 years of real estate experience, Bruce brings a thoughtful, strategic approach shaped by a diverse professional background spanning operations, sales, and leadership across multiple industries. His career has been defined by building brands, launching new ventures, and guiding clients through complex decisions with clarity and confidence.
Bruce specializes in second homes, resort properties, luxury residences, and retirement-focused real estate, making him a natural fit for clients seeking both lifestyle and long-term value. He holds the Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) designation and is known for his analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and steady, client-first approach.
Bruce calls Hiawassee and the North Georgia mountains home. Outside of real estate, he’s passionate about boating (both power and sail), photography, travel, cooking, and scuba diving, —interests that mirror the lifestyle-driven clients he serves.
Bruce chose Engel & Völkers for its shared commitment to quality, professionalism, and ethical excellence, values that guide his work and relationships. He is deeply people-oriented and finds inspiration in connecting with clients, understanding their goals, and navigating the ever-evolving real estate landscape alongside them.
Bruce and his wife, Teri, have been blessed with a large, close-knit family, including five children and seven grandchildren, along with two beloved dogs, Cole and Rex.
We’re proud to welcome Bruce to our advisory collective and look forward to the expertise and perspective he brings to Engel & Völkers.
